This new villa is modern, spacious
and well equipped with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It enjoys a
good location with the centre of Alvor an easy walking distance away.
Four bedroomed villa (4-8 persons)
consists of one twin and one double bedded room on the ground floor,
an en suite shower room and separate bathroom. The large kitchen with
oven, four electric cooking rings, kettle, coffee maker, toaster,
fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine leads on to
a lounge with sofa, air conditioning, TV and a dining area. Outside
there is a terrace and pool area with barbecue. On the first floor
there is one double bedroom with a safety deposit box and bathroom and
another twin bedded bedroom with an en suite shower room. Both first
floor rooms have balconies.
